Your pipe sits a lot higher than the pipes I've seen in the large Skymaster F-4s. Here's my F-4.

The pipe on my large SM F-4 had more downward angle than yours. No blistered paint with a P-200.

BTW - The pipe on my large SM F-4 takes some massaging to get in/out too.
