Dom, i measured the carbon rod i have and it is only 19 3/4" so i dont think that is going to work for you, sorry man.

So the limiting factor seems to be the ducting I would guess then? How different was the FeiBao ducting than the Skymasters? F-4's are pretty general in layouts so I cant imagine the ducting is...

Dom, did you try inserting the pipe by turning it 90 degrees and then sliding it in? The circles show the exit portions of the pipe.

Its not just for the nose gear Dom, it is for all 3 gear. If I were you I would bleed and charge the system, usually they are not setup from the factory. If you do it right the landing gear work...
