Latex house paint should do anything to the plastic, however to be on the safe side I would still replace with CF horns;)

Dom, I would use CF control horns also, get rid of the plastic horns that you painted, as Instructor posted on your Hawk thread, painting plastic will weaken it.

Sand the fiberglass wing tubes, as others said , glue sandpaper on a dowel.... get er done!;)

Same thing on my 2M Viper Jet, there is a 1/4" difference between the left and right wing.

OK here is a video of the JET-TEC tank (with baffle) in the normal upright position, sorry I had my camera turned:(

The flow rate is 24oz/min which is well above the normal flow at WOT.

Bob I have been on the phone with Dom, I connected my Jettec tank up to my Jersey Modeler pump and regulated it to 24 oz/min and I am not getting the same results as Dom, I think the issue is his...

I guess I should have drawn the vents lines, they would be in the top portion (red section).

Remember that there is a always suction (from the pump) on the feed line to the UAT.
