I hadn't appreciated the shape was so unusable until I saw your photos. I suppose you could cut it in two about a third of the way down and rejoine the bottom with some Kevlar tape and epoxy making...

I find the poly tubing to be much better than tygon for the tanks although if yours isn't very flexible then it's not much help...sorry

Have you tried it with a heavy duty clunk on...

Have you tried BVM poly ply tubing in the tanks? It's very flexible and works well with the BVM clunks. If the tank is long I put a brass spacer in...
