Is the Jersey Modeler pump drawing fuel at the same rate (oz per min) as the turbine's fuel pump?
What if you made the drain hole, between the upper and lower levels of the tank halves, larger, so...

You should test a sample, in Kero, to see if it softens and becomes more flexible.

If you are going to have Unusable fuel anyway, why not use a Round tank, for the center, or perhaps two rectangular tanks? Why does it have to be the shape it is now?
